Peter + Laura's wedding day at the beautiful Alturia Farm in Manquin could not have been any dreamier! Every wedding for 2023 at LJP has had rain and Peter + Laura's day was no different. June in Virginia was abnormally chilly. Then, Peter + Laura's day came on July 1 and we had ALL of the summer heat in ONE day. We raced against the clock to beat a summer storm- and boy did we make it happen!

We started out with the GLOWIEST prettiest light in the Alturia Farm Bridal Suite, which set the stage for their whole day.

Followed by a sweet father-daughter first look, and then Peter + Laura's first touch where they had a sweet moment together to pray over their upcoming marriage.

Their ceremony was gorgeous, and each of Peter's groomsmen greeted him as they came down the aisle.

We raced off to grab their bridal party portraits just moments before it started to downpour. The group took a shot of bourbon and off to the reception they went! They danced the night away, had dinner, cake, and ice cream too! We did the table dash- a first for LJP and now a recommendation for all future couples!
